Which version of ‘living the dream’ are you?

Seriously, touch one. It won’t bite… hard.

Cool. Which part is actively ruining your week?

Alright. Let's do the math on that Porsche.

Your numbers, not ours. This doesn't get sent anywhere. We're not collecting it.

What the team kept—
Plus what your brokerage took—
Out the door, before a single expense—
What that exact same year costs at Olympus—
What you pay your friends to be your friends—

Most agents forget the second line. The team takes its cut, and then the brokerage still takes theirs, usually about 20 percent of what is left until you hit a cap. Here there is no second line. $750 a deal, capped at 17, and nothing else.

Congratulations. You financed a car you’ll never get to drive, and you’ll get reminded about it on social media all too often.

That's just arithmetic on the numbers you typed, against our published fee. It is not a promise of what you'd make here, and it leaves out license, dues, MLS and your own marketing, which you pay either way. We're not going to fudge the one number that matters.

What you got in return

  • 15 pumpkin patch tickets for your clients
  • Weekly meetings that made you wonder why you bothered
  • Leftover cold leads
Straight answer

You don't need a team. You need people who pick up.

The best part of a team was never the leads. It was somebody covering a showing so you could actually watch the game.

  • Anybody here will cover for you, and nobody takes a slice of your check for doing it.Cover while you are out
  • Text the group at 9pm about a cursed CMA and you'll get three opinions before you finish the sentence. The questions that have nowhere to go
  • Nobody's paycheck depends on a cut of yours, so nobody has a reason to hold out on you.Why it actually works
  • You keep your brand, your database and your autonomy. We are not asking you to disappear into ours. What stays yours
  • Franco coaches the business and the person: goals, habits, accountability, breathwork. Not a perk. The job.Somebody whose job is you
Here's the honest answer

Keith answers his own damn phone.

Nobody workshopped that sentence. Reading contracts is the part of this job he genuinely enjoys, which is weird, and extremely useful to you.

  • He reads the contract with you and explains the why, so you catch it yourself next time.A broker who explains why
  • A broker carrying five hundred files cannot know yours. Keith carries a fraction of that, on purpose. Why the size is the point
  • Your 8pm question gets Keith. Not a ticket, not a queue, not a bot.Broker access
Here's the honest answer

Then the only thing we'd change is the alone part.

Flat $750 a deal, capped at 17 a year. You keep your name, your people and the way you already work. Nothing about your business has to change for the alone part to stop.

  • No floor duty. No cold call lists. No fighting anybody here over a lead. Nobody is counting your hours. What we don't do
  • One-on-one coaching built around your goals, not some curriculum the brokerage bought off a shelf. What you get
  • Some weeks that looks like goal setting or a breathwork session. Most weeks it looks like somebody noticing you've gone quiet and asking about it.The culture
  • Pipeline, habits, and the months your head is not in a good place. Franco picks up for all three. What Franco is for

Then come use the office. Or don’t. Nobody is counting.

2656 W Reagan Park Ln, Bluffdale. Desks, a door that closes, and somewhere to take a call that is not your kitchen.

  • Walk in any weekday and somebody will be here. That is a rule, not a hope. The office
  • Come in every day or twice a year. Nobody tracks it and nobody comments on it.No floor duty, no quota
  • The point is not the desk. It is that your work has somewhere to live that is not the room where you eat dinner. Why it matters
  • And when you are there, there are people in it who are glad you came. The actual perk
Here's the honest answer

At Olympus you still get it all.

  • Coverage when you’re gone
  • A broker who knows you and picks up
  • A community who gives to each other
  • Coaching focused on you

It costs

$750 a deal. Flat.

Family doesn’t send an invoice.

Capped at 17 a year. Everything from your 18th on is yours, and the cap resets in January. No split, no franchise fee, no desk fee, no admin fee, no “technology fee” for software you didn’t ask for.

Fair enough

Cool. Read it at your own pace.

Nothing you do on this page gets forwarded to a recruiter, dumped into a drip campaign, or mentioned to anyone at your current shop. Snoop away.

We already ran your worst case and printed it. Ask whoever else you are talking to for theirs.
