The Catch
People ask what the catch is with a flat $750 fee.
There isn’t one.
$750 per transaction, capped at 17 a year, $12,750 maximum, and everything from your 18th deal on is yours. That is the entire fee schedule. It fits in a text message.
You didn’t get into real estate to lose yourself in it. The money is the part that usually makes that impossible, so we took it off the table first.
Call and ask, or read every word below first. Either way, nobody here is going to chase you.
The model
The same numbers for everyone here.
Per closed deal. No percentage split, no franchise fee, no monthly fee, no admin fee.
Transactions a year. Everything from your 18th deal on is yours.
That is 17 times $750, at any production level.
Side by side
What each one actually costs you.
| Category | Solo agent | Traditional team | Olympus |
|---|---|---|---|
| WHAT YOU PAY | Commonly 20% of every commission to a cap, roughly $15,000 to $18,000 a year | 30 to 50 percent of every commission, and the brokerage cap on top of that | $750 per transaction, $12,750 maximum a year |
| AFTER YOU CAP | No cap concept, costs continue | Split usually continues all year | Everything from the 18th deal on is yours |
| COACHING | Whatever you buy yourself | Often included, usually scripted | One on one, built around your goals |
| BROKER ACCESS | Varies, frequently limited | Through team leadership first | Keith answers his own phone |
| COVER WHILE YOU ARE OUT | Nobody | Yes, and you pay for it in splits | Anyone here, and nobody takes a cut |
| LEAD OWNERSHIP | Yours | Often the team’s, with obligations attached | Yours. We do not sell you your own leads |
| REFERRING AN AGENT | Nothing | Varies | $150 each time they close, until they cap |
Solo and team figures describe common industry arrangements, not any specific competitor. Ask any brokerage you are considering for their fee schedule in writing, including ours.
Eight things, none of which cost you a split.
- 01
1-on-1 coaching
Built around the business you want, not a curriculum the brokerage bought.
- 02
A broker who explains why
Keith reads the contract with you and tells you the reasoning, so you catch it yourself next time.
- 03
CRM setup and a plan
We build it with you, with your actual people in it, and a plan for working it.
- 04
The office in Bluffdale
2656 W Reagan Park Ln. Desks, a place to meet clients, and people to think out loud with.
- 05
$150 referral bonus
Bring an agent here and earn $150 every time they close, until they hit their cap.
- 06
Canva Teams account
Templates ready to go, so your attention goes to clients instead of graphics.
- 07
Daily payroll, next-day deposit
Commissions processed every day and deposited the next. You are not waiting on somebody else’s Friday.
- 08
E&O insurance included
Errors and omissions coverage comes with the brokerage, not billed back to you per file.
Now the part we don’t joke about
Somebody is about to make the largest financial decision of their life.
And they picked you to be their agent. Every other thing on this page exists so that you are rested, backed and sharp enough to be worth that. The fee structure is not the point. It is just what makes the rest of it possible.
The contract gets read
Keith reads it closely and catches the thing that will cause a problem three weeks from now. Then he explains why, so you catch it yourself next time. That is the whole job, and he likes it.
No client gets dropped
Coverage is not a perk. It is so a file never goes quiet because you had a funeral, a baby, or the flu. Switching brokerages here includes a plan for the transactions already in progress, before anything else happens.
The boring things are handled
E&O insurance included. Trust accounts and commission disbursement run through the brokerage. Broker review on contracts, disclosures, deadlines and earnest money, not one person’s memory.
The real reason people join teams
The questions that don’t have anywhere to go.
The best part of a team was never the leads. It was somebody covering a showing when you are at your kid’s game, and somebody to think out loud with. And most of those are not broker questions. How do I price this when the CMA is all over the place. Should I even take this listing. How do I word this so a difficult seller actually hears it.
At a big shop those go nowhere. The broker handles legal, and there is no team unless you are handing over half your income for one.
Our answer
You don’t need a team. You need a brokerage that runs like a family.
Ask anybody here, about anything, and nobody takes a cut of your check for answering. Text the group at 9pm about a cursed CMA and you will get three opinions.
We will not hand you a list of dead leads to dial either. You build a business out of people who already know you, and we teach you how and set your CRM up to run it.
Who Olympus is for
- You want life balance and something bigger than yourself.
- You want to be part of something rather than fly solo.
- You are motivated to change, not just annoyed with where you are.
- You can have a hard conversation with another person and with yourself.
- You can look in the mirror and hold yourself accountable.
Honest, present, teachable. That is not a poster, it is the hiring filter. What you get back from me is coaching, backup, and a standing reminder that there is more room to grow, said in a way that helps instead of stings.

Where we are not the right fit
Nothing on this list is a character flaw. These are real goals, and there are shops built around them that will serve you better than we can.
- Volume at any cost is the goal, and everything else comes second to the number.
- You want prestige and a well known name doing some of the selling for you.
- You are building a personal brand and need a machine behind it.
- You want handed leads and a script rather than a business of your own.
- You need a large support staff running your transactions.
Plenty of good agents want to make real money and have a life. That is most of us. We would just rather say all this on the call than sign you and watch it not work.
Frequently asked questions
Is the $750 really the only fee?
Yes. $750 per closed transaction, capped at 17 per calendar year, $12,750 maximum. No split, no franchise fee, no monthly desk fee, no admin or technology fee. You still cover your own license and association dues, MLS access, and your personal marketing.
What happens after my 17th transaction?
Everything from the 18th deal on is yours. The cap resets at the start of each year.
Do I have to work out of the Bluffdale office?
No. It is there when you want a desk, a place to meet clients, or people to be around. Nobody tracks hours and there is no floor duty.
What does the coaching actually look like?
One on one, built around your goals rather than a scripted curriculum. We work on the parts of your business you say need work, and we explain the reasoning so you can make the call yourself next time.
Will I be handed leads to cold call?
No. We will not give you a list of old leads to dial. We teach you to build from the people who already know you, and we help you set up the CRM to run it.
Can I bring a team or a partner with me?
Yes. Tell us your structure and we will tell you honestly whether it fits how we operate, including if it does not.
How does the $150 referral bonus work?
Bring an agent to Olympus and you earn $150 every time they close, until they hit their cap, for as long as you are both here.
How long does switching brokerages take?
Usually a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on your current agreement and the Division of Real Estate paperwork. We walk you through each step and we will not rush you out before your open transactions are handled properly.
You are new. Why would I take the risk?
Fair question, and we would rather answer it than have somebody else answer it for us. Keith has been an agent and a broker for years, including as a partner in a large brokerage, and he knows Utah real estate law cold. Franco spent about twenty years developing people as a school administrator and four years selling real estate. What you would be joining is that, plus a fee schedule you can read in one breath.
Are you going to keep recruiting until this place is huge?
No. Fifty agents is the ceiling, not a milestone. Past about that, Keith stops being able to know every file and we stop being able to know every person, and the thing people came here for quietly stops existing. We are ten today. Forty seats, then we stop.
What happens if you reach out
Nobody is going to sell you anything.
Switching is disruptive and we know it, so here is exactly how it goes.
- 01
A conversation, not a pitch
Thirty to sixty minutes with Franco and Keith. Both of us, every time. You talk about what you are building and we tell you plainly whether this fits.
- 02
You see the paperwork first
The independent contractor agreement and the fee schedule in writing, up front, so nothing about the money is a surprise later.
- 03
The switch, handled with you
License transfer, board and MLS updates, and a plan for transactions already in progress so no client gets dropped.
- 04
Then the first month
We look at where you actually are, set goals backwards from your family and your life, and build your CRM with you, with your actual people in it. Then introductions to everybody else here.
Call or text either one of us.
Two phones, two people, no call tree. Ask us anything, including whether you should stay where you are.
Nothing you say gets forwarded to a recruiter, added to a drip campaign, or repeated to anyone at your current brokerage.
Or write instead
If a call is not the right first step.
Send this instead and one of us will get back to you within a business day, the way you ask us to.
Got it. Thank you.
One of us will reach out within a business day. If it is easier, call or text either of us in the meantime.
