Meet the Family
Ten* people bet on something small.
They could have hung a license under a national name and been agent four thousand and something. They picked a ten-person shop in Bluffdale instead, because they wanted something different and they were willing to take the risk to get it.
* Ten as of whenever this page was last published. We are growing quicker than we expected and our web guy has politely asked us to stop making him change this number twice a week. Call and we will tell you the real one.
These are our people.
Every one an independent Utah REALTOR® who could have hung a license under a national name and been agent four thousand and something. They looked at two guys with a small office in Bluffdale and put their livelihood next to ours instead. We think about that more than we think about growth.
Tap a face for their number, their license and everything else. Or just look at them for a second, because we do.
Ten of fifty
Fifty agents. Then we stop.
That is not a growth target we are itching to blow past. It is the ceiling. Past about fitty, Keith stops being able to know every file and we stop being able to know every person, and the thing people came here for quietly stops existing.
Let’s be clear about which kind
Not exclusive like high school.
Not the kid with the brand new 4Runner because his dad is an orthodontist. Not the circle that closes up when you are the one who just moved here, your dad lives in California, and you are wearing Arizona jeans.
Effing Arizona jeans.
We were that kid. That is not a bit, it is most of the room.
Exclusive because care does not scale. Not because anybody here is anybody’s idea of cool.
We are all too old, too busy and frankly too tired to try to be cool. We just want to be us, and we want that for you too.
There is no velvet rope and no producer’s club and no tier you unlock at some number of units. There are fifty seats because fifty is how many people two guys can actually know, and after that we would just be another place with a logo.
If you got left out of the thing in high school, you already understand why we are counting. And then the joking stops, because somebody trusts one of these ten with the biggest check they will ever write, and fifty is how many people we can know well enough to be sure that goes right.
How we hold up our end
Keith and Franco back their agents, hard.
Keith has their back on the work
He answers his own phone. He reads the contract with them and explains the reasoning, so they catch it themselves next time. When something unusual comes up mid-transaction, there is a broker to call instead of a queue to wait in.
Franco has their back on everything else
That is the actual job, not a wellness perk bolted onto a brokerage. Franco is a personal and professional development coach. Goal setting, habits and time management, accountability, visualization, and breathwork, which is the piece he specializes in.
Coaching, yes. Goals set backwards from your family and your life into what you do on a Tuesday. But also the month the pipeline dies and you start wondering what you are even doing. The stretch where you are showing up for everybody and nobody is showing up for you.
He picks up, and he does not flinch. If what you need is more than a good friend with good instincts, he will say so and help you find it.
My whole job is making sure the people here feel supported. In real estate, in life, and especially when their head is not in a good place. I am there. Franco Preston · Co-Founder · Head of Personal Development
Every new agent sits down with both of us. Every time. Not a recruiter, not a regional anything. Both of us, in the room.
And it keeps going after that. Somebody covers a showing so you can be at the game. Somebody answers the 9pm question about a weird CMA. Somebody notices you have gone quiet and asks about it.
Nobody bills anybody for any of that, because nobody’s income here depends on a cut of anybody else’s.
We are proud of these people
So call one of them and ask.
Those are real cell numbers, not a switchboard. Ask what it is actually like here. Ask whether the bet was worth it. Ask what they would change.
We are not going to be on that call, and we do not need to be.
What we measure
Not market share. Are the people here happier, stronger, better at their craft, and building something at home worth coming back to?
We recruit mindset and personality, not production numbers. The right person shooting for their first deal beats the wrong person closing fifty a year.
Wins get celebrated out loud. Struggles get shared out loud.
If you want one of the forty
Nobody should have to climb alone.
The people already here are the entire product. Not the technology, not the brand, not a training library nobody opens. Ten people who want each other to do well, and a couple of founders who want that more than they want your split.
Flat $750 per transaction, capped at 17 a year. That is the whole fee schedule.
Or skip us entirely and call one of the faces above. They have nothing to sell you.
